How long will I receive the theme and plugins updates and support?

You will receive lifetime updates for the theme and plugins, ensuring you always have access to the latest features and improvements. Support, however, is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you need continued assistance after the initial support period, you can renew your support plan at any time.Keep in mind that you will only receive updates, support, and new features just for the websites with an active license.

Do You offer support and what does Priority support mean ?

Yes, all our free/paid products include support for questions related to your account, billing, or anything product associated. You can see here our support policy. For the plans that include Priority Support, the Happiness Engineers will handle the tickets with higher priority so you get a reply faster. Check how fast we answer to the support inquiries.
